    Exclamation You personal opinion on steroids-effectiveness!

    1. Which steroid did you find most effective, and for what (gaining weight, cutting fat, gaining strength).

    2. What were your experience with steroids : Very good ones, mediocre ones or poor ones?

    3. How long did you run, at which dosage?

    4. Your overall opinion on steroidusage (what have you, bring what you've got)

    no offense but there is prob a reason no one responded to this thread....think about it... you basically asking subjective opinions and asking people to map out their entire cycle histories along with results opinions etc... i cant be bothered ..again no offense intended...just being real

    Ok , I'll sum it up real quick. Steroids are effective if followed by a good diet/training/rest/life style/supplements. If anyone thinks it's a miracle drug , they are mistaken. You have to work hard to get the best results out of a cycle , in many ways.

    van use the user cycle history/current cycle section from the main menu, its got a huge amount of of info, youll find all you need, some users even post up weekly gains/with pics. have a look

    and at the min im on week 4, deca 400, test 500 a week, aiming for 12 weeks, and im loving it, put on just under 8 kilos already.
