put the pieces together for me guys!
Ok, to make a long story short, ive toyed around with all different types of cycles, YET, never really had the guts to do a full blown out cycle to put serious mass on than cut down to an orange peel haha....well what im saying is, my heaviest weight was pushing 200lbs and being 5"11 i felt bloated and puffy. SO last year before summer I cut down to 157 lbs and was the leanest ive ever been, i even had the veins coming out form the bottom of my abs!...now, all my friends are monsters and i feel soo tiny next to them and they cant really appreciate my hard work without being ripped at 205 haha. Not that I care, but summer is approaching and ive steadly maintained my lean weight but packed on some pounds in my mid section (no abs), maybe a 2 pack haha. Ok so heres my question, I want more than enough time to cut down to that ripped look again and have already started my diet and cardio along with winstrol and prop. SHOULD I get back down to that 157 where I was the most ripped as ive even been or should I try to put more size on and than cut? I would just sit on the gear I have now and switch over to a quick bulking cycle. Keep in mind when i was ripped and 157 my normal friends who dont workout would think i was about 170, right now I weigh about 170. Help me out guys, Do I keep Cutting from here on out? I want to look jacked as all hell and be ripped, I have the mind set and focus to do so, but not sure If there are other things to take so that I dont have to go thru the crappy feeling I get of when Im all bulked up, I like to be as lean as I can becasue I like to feel athletic at all times.....thanks guys!

So in other words you want to be lean and mean...
As long as your diet is in good shape you shoul be fine with a simple cycle.
You said you are on prop and Winny right now?
How many weeks, what doses?
Age
BF
Years Training
Weight
and put the cycle you are doing also..

100-150mgs Test Prop e.o.d or 3rd.

cycle is a waste. Cut down to where you feel "ripped" then gain muscle mass from there SLOWLY. Non of this sloppy bluk/fat BS. Slowly gain while keeping a low bf and gain mass. Will you be ready for this summer ? No.

5'11 as at 157 pounds jeez you must have been a stick lol.
IMO I would run a test e dbol cycle to bulk gain, then run Clen afterward to shed off the fat.
This is the only way that I think you can have a good body by summer (which I count as starting June 1st)
However, you did say you ran alot of cycles so tell me what you cycles you have ran for how long that way we can figure something out.

Well I have never done dbol in my life....other than that the only other bulkers ive taken were Deca & Test E. Im iffy about winni......I loved when I ran test prop and tren along with some anavar , those by far were my best results....anything else makes me hold so much water and my face gets fat as hell lol
so stop the winni/prop cycle im on now?

According to what you ran, I would say run test and tren, that would be the best bet. Since you ran it already and got good results, running a test only cycle after your body has "tasted" other compounds won't give you a much of the gains. So just run test prop and tren.
The test will be low so estrogen related sides will be low and the tren is a mass builder but also leans you out and doesn't give you bloat or fat (you might get a little due to diet which is reasonable).
Normally I don't condone the use of cycles to get into "summer shape" since it defeats the purpose, if soon after cycle your going to go back to your usual ways and you end up just losing your gains.

thanks for the input, and i dont just do cycles to get into "summer shape" maybe i came off like that but thats not what i meant, im working out and on a pretty healthy diet year around, during the winter im just not as focused on how strict it is but thats for obv reasons...thanks for all the input!

Why dont you post your diet up so we can help tweak that as that will effect how much you gain more so what drugs your putting in you? cause and i mean this with no disrespect but 5'11 and 170 lbs with higher bf% your not quiet "ready" to be doing any more cycling and should rather focus on getting bigger naturaly and growing bigger with out the gear utilizing proper nutrition and traing to make full use of any future cycles

6 years training... multiple cycles...5'11" and an ab-less 170?
The last thing guy needs is cycling advice.
His diet must be absolutely horrendous.

you dont have to sugar coat anything lol...when i say abLESS i mean there not blown out and obv. I can see all my abs but im anal and a perfectionist so i consider abs to be bulging out..i can post a pic of myself to show what i look like now at 5'11 and 170, i really dont have big legs because i run alot and from years of certain sports so most of my weight is up top

Took this about 1 month ago at the gym, ive since put on about 5 lbs...still veiny just not as defined, as you can see my do have abs so my diet isnt "horondous" lol....im not wondering how to take this to the never level without loosing the look ive achieved by diet,cardio, and science and if i should just stay with what worked best.......prop, tren , var

So let's start over.
I fathom that your diet is horrendous, and your training shoddy.
Scrap this thread...and instead, head over to the diet and training forums.
Post threads to have your diet and training critiqued.
That's all you need to be in shape by summer.
Post-summer.. come back, still lean... having had stuck to an actual diet...and then, start a cycle thread.

ehh. Im not making exsuses, im just wishing there was a way to get bigger withouth having to do the whole yo-yo thing by bulkling up and looking like a water bug lol ill check out the other threads and touch base in this area in a cpl weeks.. thanks for the input.
