    blood pr on cycle

    what helps lower your bp on cycle?

    actually i've already donated blood this way and everything was fine after they checked it, so I'm not sure i know what you're talking about

    Yeah thats bullshit...you can donate blood on cycle with no prob.

    apart from prescription BP meds, you could try hawthorn berry extract. its been used to promote a healthy circulatory system and treat high blood pressure.

    whats your bp look like? my bp at one point was like 155/105. after about 6 weeks using HB extract it went down to the normal ranges 120/80something.

    i think i was taking 900mg daily, but this was over a year ago so I cant be certain. hope this helps.
