Anavar experiences and info needed
I have taken recent advice on cardio and dieting and am now feeling stronger. I intend on starting my first cycle beginning of April for 8 weeks. my goal is to look as lean as poss and i am wondering how effective VAR 10 (oxantrione) is?
and what dosage would be recommended whilst taking this on its own?

Emondo you are right ,like a nob i was looking into the highly advertised site at the top of the page without reading the tiny print on the bottle!!!
lets start again, how effective would Anavar (oxandrolone) be over eight weeks?
is it best taken alone or stacked for a low risk option

No experience with the supplement, but the real anavar just made me really lethargic and definently wasnt worth the price in terms of gains. But being your first cycle you may have better experience

If the stats on your profile page are correct, I wouldn't recommend var.

I've had good results from var, but I only ran when I already had a low bf.
At 31% bf (if that's correct), var won't do much for you, cardio and diet will.

The bf is wrong.About 2 month ago i was 24.9% according to a test i had at work since then i feel it may have reduced a little i will post more pics asap.thanks for the info guys, from all the info on sites i have viewed there is no mention of those side effects being so harsh they make out as though very few effects are seen

well the best resource your going to have on this site is going to be from people who are actually doing and have done these cycles over the years..many have over 10 years experience with these compunds..and they can give you alot more indept knowledge then you can get from a book, or article.there has never really been any official studies conducted about steroids on humans..as far as the purposes we use them for. The people you meet on this site, and many others are constantly testing out these drugs..And giving pretty reputable and concrete research themselves.

imo test is always the best bet..
only 2 orals id consider running on their own are var and tbol..

Thanks **** would that be gradually increasing the dose say over a few days to say 40 then again, decreasing again at the end. Is pct required?

if your bf is around 25% that's way too high to consider any aas.
Cardio and diet is your best friend right now.
What's your diet like, bro?

Do at least 80mg ED and you will see results. Benifits are w/e you put on you will keep, Var doesnt make you grow like Test. The pumps are great, and it will melt some fat. PCT for me was just Nolva for four weeks after and eight week cycle.

i think my diet is ok Derek here it is
0830- original porridge oats + 25g of whey protein mixed in.
1045- x1 whole egg+3 whites scrambled with a splash of semi skimmed.
1245- 250g of rice with x2 tins of drained tuna in spring water, x2 mandarins, x1 apple and grapes.
1545- 50g of phd pharma whey protein shake with water/ x1 apple.
1730- x2 slices of toasted granery bread.
1830- training-
2030- 50g phd prama whey protein shake with water immediately after training.
2100- x2 grilled chicken breasts with 250g rice or broccoli/asparagus
i try not to eat after 2100hrs and go to bed approx midnight. The rice mentioned above is packet microwave rice for convenience really...i feel my bf is slightly lower than 25% i'll post pics asap....Last edited by scott.s; 02-25-2009 at 08:02 AM.
