I really like the idea of beginning a cycle modestly, and maybe ramping up through the cycle to fight receptor saturation/desensitization. Or not. What the hell. But I don't see the controversy here. If you don't need a lot of gear, don't use a lot of gear. If you need a lot of gear, (assuming diet, training, and recovery are optimized) then use a lot of gear. We are all different.

i think that you should post a new thread designed for this and you will get a better responce rate. also you need to post your stats: age, height,weight, goals,etc. so my recommendations is to post a new thread dealing with that cycle.

Like Plastic says, hard to say with so little info, but just shooting in the dark I would say that is a pretty stout first cycle. Not necessarily excessive, but pretty stout. I would go a little lighter if it were my first one, and I am 5'7", about 215 and 17% or so. My first cycle was 500mg sust and 400mg deca per week for 10 weeks and 50mg naps for the first 4 weeks and looking back I can say I didn't get the biggest bang for my buck. I should have done 250 sust and 200 deca every 5 days, maybe every 6 days.
