    for the 1000th time I'm sure....opinions please

I have recently decided to investigate supplementing with a steroid .
This is why.....I've been conditioning for most of my life. Running, weight training....mostly running distance. I have a good frame....when running 2,500 miles per year, I was holding steady at 215lbs, 6-7% bf. Maintained good muscle mass for that much running. Then 4 years ago I re-injured a hip injury from age 21. I have been rehabing and just cannot regain enough strength to keep extra pressure off other joints. Over that period I have gained 40 pounds.
That doesn't help things either. I was wanting to hear what protocols might work with my goals. My goal is to recover strength at the injured area.
    Thanks
I'll attempt to answer any Q's that may help your opinion.
    Joe

Dont use gear to heal, give yourself time and heal naturally or take some HGH.

    how old are you now?

as Marcus said, HGH during your healing then maybe after you are fully recovered you can look into steroids

I would take HGH, Test, and Decca. I heard Decca is pretty good for the joints

I'm 40 yrs old....fyi I'm getting my diet back to where it needs to be. I'm just getting
frustrated with the results of rehab, or lack of results. It seems my doctor feels it's as good as I can expect with my age and the years of hard use. I don't like hearing stuff like that....

its a hard 1 really but a low cycle of test could help as long as u dont go to mad on it -just to strengthen urself abit but just try doing it nat for a while and see if the pain subsides and then try a simple test cycle!
