Truthfully, you don't need steroids . You really need to build a good base/frame. You are around 20% bf, and have really no muscle. You really need to learn to eat to grow. Your diet doesn't look good at all. YOu are only eating 3 meals a day? I would highly recommend training naturally for a couple of years with proper diet. I know everyone thinks steroids are going to get them huge and cut, but they don't. It's always diet, training and rest. Best of luck.

I would listen to DS21. hold of on the juice n get that stuff in check then a year later decide. If i were you i would do alot more research. its all in the pct forum. if ur gonna go ahead and do it here is a sample
clomid
week
1-100mgs
2-100mgs
3-50mgs
4-50mgs
Nolva/Tamox
week
1-40mgs
2-40mgs
3-20mgs
4-20mgs
I would get some a-dex to keep on hand b/c your most likely gonna get gyno. you can add it inyo your pct too it wnt hurt- .5mgs/.5mgs/.25mgs/.25mgsLast edited by JACKEDnTan; 04-10-2009 at 03:24 PM.

Jack
The kessar(Nolvadex ) is supposed to avoid the gyno.
I was also told to use pregnyl throughout my cycle and move the kessar to my PCT.
What do you think about this?
Thanks man.

I just looked at your proposed cycle again, 5 compounds???? Whoever made this cycle for you is probably selling you the gear as well? I'm sure he is just trying to make as much as he could off of you. Do yourself a favor, learn to eat. Then try a test only cycle, and I assure you the results will be better then running the cycle you have in mind with your current diet. Not flaming, just being honest.

It's not that you upset me, but when you act ignorant and disregard for your own health it just pisses people off. You came off as a 18 year old who doesn't care what happens as long as he gets what he wants.
These are hormones you are injecting into your body, remember that. This isn't your local supplement at GNC.

Thanks
What would you change on my diet?
I can see you are a good guy. I dont take offence at all.
The truth is I went to see my doctor before considering anything.
in his opinion I was ready to use some juice I then went to see my Pharmacist aswell and also he said he thinks it would be ok.
Both said i need to make sure my diet is right.
But the juice they said go for it.
I haven't discussed the cycle with them however.
Will be seeing my doctor on Monday.

a-dex is more effective at blocking estrogen related towards gyno. it can help raise test levels in your pct along with clomid and nolva. you can take nolva throughtout your cycle to prevent gyno, but in case it still shows up an AI like Arimidex will be better IMO.
you should always have nolva in your pct.
pregnyl u mean hcg ?

Immortal Soldier
The thing is I have been always told what can and cant be done since a young age and found that most people just don't have the balls to do it and say you can't instead.
Whenever I went against the norm I came out much better off than the people that told me it can't be done. I can write a book about this.
I am not throwing caution to the wind. I just find that most of the concerns are about sides that cause the user to be uncomfortable.
Nothing that has been seen as extremely dangerous that I have been able to find and no one has warned me about.
insomnia - I sleep like the dead really I can sleep 12 hours a night if i had the time but get a good 8 hours a night.
sweats, hair loss, acne
Gyno - kessar should avoid this
I know there are a couple more sides but I looked at them and decided i can take it on.
Please tell me if i am wrong and I don't have the bases covered.
The experience thing just doesn't do it for me.

wow,
I am not flexing at all.
I will have my trainer check my Bf on Monday.
If I flex I look much different to that.
I wanted to see the difference when not flexing at all.
I will take some photos with better posture tomorrow then you can check it again.
I know my bf isn't that high.

27 years old and your doctor is giving you the go ahead to use test, I wish I could find a doctor like yours. If your doctor is giving the go ahead or a prescription, I'm sure it it for test and not all the others. Test is the best steroid , IMO. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot stronger steroids , but test makes me feel great, sex drive is high, and the muscle building capability is great, ecspecially for a FIRST CYCLE. On your first cycle you are going to grow regardless of how many compunds you use (as long as your diet and training is good) so why use 4 other compunds? Trust me, Test will be enough. I'm sure if you throw this cycle at your doctors on Monday, they are going to say the same thing everyone else is trying to tell you, It is WAY too much for a first, second, third and probably fourth cycle.
If I was you I would spend some time in this form and really get a solid/good diet: http://forums.steroid.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

My doctor(GP) is giving the go ahead.
I was looking at deca test and ... Just can't think of the 3rd one. That is what he reccomended to start with.
I also spoke to my eye specialist about the juice and he also said it would be ok. His word were you wont know unless you try it. everyone reacts differently.
My pharmacist said most guys lose their gains because of bad diet.
But if you get it right it will stay. He also suggested the same cycle as my doctor did.

not trying to be a dick, im trying to help you as much as i can here, but i dont know why you refuse to listen to what anyone is telling you here, were all trying to help out and its the best advice youll get... in my opinion you should drop down some BF before jumping on cycle, then try that diet out that you posted before, bulk up naturally a bit, THEN worry about roids, and when the time comes... TEST ONLY at 4-500mg a week for 12 weeks followed by nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50 for PCT and have arimidex on hand for gyno symptoms while on cycle... thats all the advice i have left to give, good luck

Thanks opucknarf
Good luck with your cycle
I will be keeping an eye on you...
I know you guys here have all been great.
I seem to look like the hard headed one over here.
but as i said before from where I am standing the risk versus the reward does't seem to really match up. I have much more to gain than lose much more.
If I am missing something please point it out.
But I respect all of your inputs but these reasons aren't good enough reason for me to not go ahead.
I could pretend I was going to not take the cycle but i am.
I will have my BF checked with a caliper if it is as high as estimated i will put the cycle on hold otherwise i will be going ahead.
Where should it be checked?
thighs back pecks arms back waist and abs?
Thats what we checked last time.

Sorry bud not trying to be a smart arse but your not ready for gear yet, it would be wasted with your lack of knowlege with diet and training. You would be surprised at how big you can get once you know what you are doing. Trust what people tell you on here.

I don't know why I bother, but you are not ready to cycle. You are too skinny, and you're going to lose everything you gain and be very unhappy. Everyone has told you what they would do, and you don't seem to want to listen to sound advice. Don't cycle, you'll regret it, with your workout experience, or lack there of experience, you'll be more prone to injury. Read about what happens to the joints and ligaments of people that weren't ready to cycle.

what exactly are you expecting here man? for someone to come along and say your NOT 18/20% bf? your right around there, you don't have much of a build either. no ones gonna say "oh yea your ready to cycle" your really not ready... if you wait a little longer I promise you'll be a lot happier with your results
