    Quad site

    Yesterday was my first time pinning in the quad, 2ml (1sust & 1 parabolan ). Today lots of pain I'm basically crippled. everybody says quads are painfree injection sites, I jus wanted to give my glutes a break since i always hit them. back to the but I guess... jus needed to vent...

    virgin muscle if its your 1st time pinning the quads, happened to me my 1st time

    otherwise maybe you twitched bad or didnt go in the right spot, not anyone elses fault, man up!
