    Bloating

    I'm noticing i'm starting to look a bit bloated. What's the best way to deal with it?

    are you on cycle? if so try adex .25 mg eod or decrease your salt intake and drink a couple gallons of water

    I assume you're on a cycle?
    drink plenty of water, reduce sodium intake, perhaps arimidex at .25mg/eod if you are on cycle...

    yup as above ,low sodiam diet ,lots of warter,clean diet,adex .25mgs eod

    Sweet, thanks guys. I am on cycle. I probably haven't been drinking enough water, and there has been a bit too much salt in my diet this last week or so. I'll cut out the salt and start drinking alot more water, see how that goes. If i don't notice any change i'll start on the arimidex .

    Ok i decided to take a couple of pics of what i noticed. Is this water retention/bloating? It's weird, like i have a roll of skin/flab that overlaps my arm, that i never used to have.

    Yep, i have put on just over 7Ib and at the start of week 3. I have been putting away alot of carbs and protein, probably more carbs (there has still been quite a bit of sodium in my diet aswell, which is what caused me to think bloating/retention). I don't know if if the weight is muscle or fat/bloating though.

    I know it's a bad judgement call and i will get flamed for admitting it but i haven't done cardio for the first 2 weeks of my cycle, i have been getting used to inj pain and even if i had tried to jump on the treadmill while my quads where stinging, i would have most likely injured myself. I plan on starting to do some furious cardio on my next day off from training, which will be Fri, and try to keep it up twice a week now i have found a preferrable inj site and now know what to expect.

    I just sent the pics to a friend who got me the gear and he think i should stop my cycle. I'm kind of flipping out about it right now. Should this be happening?

    What exactly is your cycle?
    More than likely you have gained a little fat and have some bloat.
    Is the spot noticeable with your arm out straight?

    1mL test prop with 1mL winny every 3rd day.
    It's not noticeable when my arms out straight, looks normal.

    Seems like nobody mentions this, but POTASSIUM! Eat lots of fruits and veggies.

    ^ AGREE. This is often overlooked IMO. If that has just recently shown up, and according to what you stated about the lack of water and the sodium intake the last coupe of weeks, plus the fact that it is right near a joint, I am leaning towards water retention. Again, JMO....

    Just curious, what was your BF% before you got on cycle?

    Looks like good old fat to me, ain't nothing weird about that there when you have high bodyfat, and you most likely haven't noticed it before because you haven't paid attention to that area. Because you are on cycle you'll definatelly study yourself more thorough and I think that is the reason you noticed it.

    Sounds like your diet is not the best if your using winstrol and getting fat and bloated..... did just the opposite for me while I finished w/ winny during a cycle while on a lean bulk diet

    Thanks for the feedback everyone. My bf% would have been around 15 before i started my cycle.

    Bump up the water intake, cram more fruit and veggies in, CARDIO. Is there anything else i can do to help my situation?
