what you on?
I'm curious as to what you bro's use in the form of supplements when on a cycle. im not keen to use creatine, glutamine or bcaa's but what do u guys use in the form of EFAs, multivitamins and the rest?.....
a list and dosages would be great

1 can tuna/day
2 cuts lean beef/day
2 dozen eggs/day

Supplements I use are BCAA, Whey, Glutamine, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, and EFA.
What else would you need?

2-3 multivitamins, and around 10g EFA a day.
