    insulin with roids

    im currently on test and d-bol, I got kind of a stupid question, is it recommended to just use regular old table sugar (sucrose) for an insulin spike post work out. Thanks.

    use dex man it hitgs u faster and harder proly cheaper to

    but when i cant get to my house PWO ill just drink a few gatoraids and a isolate 15-20min later i eat
