    i dont get why your having such a hard time with this... here, lets make it simple

    take a pot and fill it with water.. put six eggs in there and boil it...

    when your done cooking it all, take 1 egg, crack the shell off and eat the whole thing.. (obviously dont eat the shell)

    the other five eggs, crack the shell off (again dont eat the shell), cut the egg in half, take the yellow part out and disgard it.. eat the rest.. are we on the same page now??

    Word if I may....? I am new to AAS, But well experienced in Life. Steriods are a Bad Idea, What if the Bullies see you get Big and they decide to Juice? Then your back to square one !!

    Boxing man, start boxing and you will learn lots about yourself. You will meet people who may have been in the same situation. If you meet some dicks then after some time there they will respect your dedication.

    Boxing solved my problems as a teen,

    Use this fury to focus your energy on some positive training. You have 2 options, hide and worry or man up and face it head on.

    6:00- 4 eggs= 3 whites- 1 whole

    12:00- 2 Ground beef tako w/t lettuce and tomatoe,half lemon, banana, soda.

    3:00-Pumpckin with corn and torillas,juice

    6:00 workout

    7:00 chorizo with two eggs, and four corn tortillas


    tommorow ima take something else like some sort of fruit for 9 10 in the morning or what should i take.?.
    how am i going.

    You should also drink a protein shake after your workouts. I drink 1-2 shakes per day.

    There's so much good, cheap food down in the RGV (I assume that's where you are). Take advantage of it. And I'm not talking about botanas, okay?

    Listen the advice you've been given here. Eat right, work out hard. If the bullying continues think about taking up boxing again. I know there are lots of good boxing gyms down there, I'm sure if you look around you can find some MMA gyms as well. Don't think about the gear for another 4 years or so, AT THE LEAST! Plus, there's so much crappy fake gear down in Reynosa, Nuevo Progresso, etc...

    It seems like you have the right attitude and you have a good base to build on physically, so keep at it!

    p.s. Is El Pato still in business? I used to love me some Patos in the morning!

    Why does no one belive he's 110lbs?

    Just cause you have some definition, does not mean your measurments are not small.

    You can be cut with 13" arms and a 35" chest. At 5'1", that frame, I think 110/115 looks about right.

    You should get your diet in order though like the guys said. If you can follow a good diet and good work out for a few months, come back and let the guys suggest some things.

    I'd stay away from deca also, it's a popular, and is normally stacked, but the progesterone sides....bad news if you ask me.

    For someone as new to it as you are, I'd look into T-bol, it adds respectable size with very very few sides. Honestly, for me it adds more size than test, and 10% of the amortization that test causes. IMO, the perfect thing to start with.

    you know that's just shitty advice... i dont get why you'd tell an 18 year old kid to do steroids when he doesn't even know how to diet or workout...
