HELP 18yr Old 5-1 110lbs. Ive been bullied alot please
I need so help man, well i weigh 110 im 5-1 im short im 18 going to be 19 in a month ive always wanted to be big another thing is because i get bullied alot because im short, i go to the gym i bench at least 160 max. I need some help i wanted to get some deca im not sure wich one or what to get.please help.

Eat 7 times a day, lift weights 4-5 days a week, and be consistant. Have some patience man and good luck.

its not a joke i want to be big i want to gain
weight in muscle get more wider for reps i 30lbs.
i wanted to inject some deca -durabloin is it good.
or wich is best for me for my size and weight

your 5'1 and 110lbs, yea a bit small, but doesn't mean we cant get you big, and doesn't mean you have to be picked on for the rest of your life...
steroids are not magic pills... they will not solve your problems over night...
your main concern should be your diet and your training reg.
you mind posting up what your diet looks like.. just give me an idea of what you eat throughout the day..
here's a link to videos that will give you a great idea as to what your diet should look like
So you wanna learn how to Diet?
while ur at it, do some math for me..
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them
To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9
a guy your size should look into jiu-jitsu... i know 5'1 guys who can put me into a pretzel.. im freakiin 6'4 280ish...

at 5'1 i wouldn't totally doubt it but the pics make it alittle hard to believe, your definition is good.
I agree with everyone that says eat more and lift more, even on steroids you wont grow if you don't eat enough to grow

i live in the border with mexico so its easy
they injections cost around 20 bucks a piece.

We all know muscle>fat weight wise... at 5'1 110-115lbs just seems light. He seems pretty solid and has good definition.... Then again it's only a waist up shot... Wheres the wheels at? Could be possible seems kind of light though....

I think they are the same person. You dont need steroids right now man. You have plenty of natural potential. If you dont have a good routine lets some people on here help you get a good routine, follow the diet section. You should be able to put on some good natural weight.

Supplements IMO should be the last thing to worry about.... I forget where I read it earlier.. But as someone stated in another post. Food is the best supplement. Eat solid stuff bro. Your to young to look at any steroid . You run risks of shutting down shit permanently. You definitely have room to grow especially at only 110lbs.

Stay away from the gear.
Deca alone = No good.
This isn't something you come into one day and just decide you're going to start sticking yourself. Yeah being bullied sucks, but take the advice you get from the guys on this site, its some of the best you will get. Get some of the questions above answered on here, and we'll get you going in the right direction.

Put IN DETAIL what you eat. Post u what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, post workout, ect. List the macros as well (calories, protein, fat, carbs). After we see that we'll be able to help you out more.
Diet is about consistancy.

aright your not getting the point.. here let me help.. here's a sample of what how i want you to show me what you eat
meal 1 6am
10 egg whites, one whole egg
1/2 cup oatmeal
meal2 9am
8oz chicken breast
yams
meal 3 12pm
8oz turkey breast cold cut, 2 pieces ezekiel bread
meal 4 3 pm
8oz of lean steak in teriyaki cabage bowl with 1/2 avocado..
do u see what im asking for now??
i need to know how much of what your eating..
i'll help you set up the macros (pro/fat/cal/carb).. since u seem inexperienced..
just dont get frustrated and work with me...
