Thank you. Alot of people have said that winstrol alone has good effects, and I have seen my own friend who used the oral tablets, who had no knowledge of steroids , terrible diet, and a bad training routine, and he still got a good effect from it that I was looking for. And he didn't have any, or any noticable side effects. Yet other people have told me that it shouldn't be used alone, and to use it with test. Since this was the topic of this thread, I wanted to delve deeper into this subject, and get an answer by experience of which and why, to learn. Once I got a good idea about what I wanted to do, THEN I would set up the appropriate diet for it.

bro the best thing in most peoples opinion like it was said by me and another member within the first 10 posts is to take it with a long ester test, test e or test cyp, so you won't have to pin everyday. 500mg/wk of either of those for 10-14 weeks and winny 50mg/ed.
you should stack with test because the winny will cut your natural test production, your "money maker" won't work(get what I mean) unless you use test with it.

Im sure his body can function without much dismay from 3-4 weeks of low testosterone .
Recovery will be even quicker than a Test/Winstrol 12 week cycle.
Why add test when his goals do not call for it?... Then to achieve a hardened look on testosterone you will say to run an AI or Anti-E.... Right? Because test bloats 80% of the people who use it, even while on clean diets. Unnecessary for what he is looking for.

how bout no, ester choice and diet make up the majority of bloating problems, test prop with a proper diet(obviously low in sodium and such) would not produce much bloat at all unless he had some allergic reaction
besides, what is wrong with running an AI on cycle

so winstrol = wimp.
every post on every steroid forum says start with test E. or you could call them all retards and go it alone.

Okay were getting some where, 500mg/wk of test e or cyp for 10-14 weeks and winny 50mg/ed.
What kind of effects will the test give in the case of injection sites? Also, the water retention from the test bothers me, since I already have that problem, more will be terrible, is there a way to avoid this?

LOL I gave you some solid advice.... Seems like you didn't read it.
You can add test. Test is best, but from you complaining of water retention already. Along with the fact you didn't mention anything about wanting to gain weight or strength , I didn't bring it up.
What are you looking to achieve out of your next cycle???

that's not specific but pointing you in the right direction as to what you should take along with winny. you could also add an ai or some clen if you'd like to that aswell. Good clean diet will help with bloat.
as far as injection site i pin in the glute and i haven't had any redness what so ever, i'm darker then you are by a lot but my butt's not lol.

Yes muscle is never a bad thing, but the thing I was mostly looking for was the winny, dry effect. If it is best to use test during the cycle, then I will do it, having low testosterone would not be a good thing for my work seeing as we need to keep it almost fully erect on stage.

lol for sure. i've been in a sarcastic mood lately.
thing about experimenting with steroids is if you don't like your results...like if you just took winstrol only... and you weren't happy with how you look... youre pretty much stuck for the next 4 or so months. i don't think anyone would advise taking cycle after cycle you know?

yeah the test will help on that aspect on stage, i'm currently on test cyp personally i've experienced very little bloat, diet is key my friend, but to shed off what bloat i did get i'm running clen in my pct with nolva and clomid, but my cycle intentions were to bulk not cut so the majority of my bloat was from kickstarting with dbol

Okay I just got back from the gym, here is what I ate today:
Wake up, 9:15 a.m.
Breakfast 9:45
- 2/3 carton(250ml) of egg whites scrambled with 1 tomato.
- 1 bowl of low fat yogurt with strawberries and grapes
- 1 glass of skin milk
- 1 multivitamin
2nd meal 11:30
- nitro-tech protein shake with 2 scoops, mixed with water
- 1 tab of L-glutamine
3rd meal 1:30
- 1 banana
- 2 carrots
- 2 stick celery
4th meal 3:30
- cold pasta salad with pesto and shrimp
- aspargus
- 2 glasses orange juice
pre workout 5:00
- 2 scoops NaNo vapour pre-workout shake
workout 5:30
- 20 mins cardio
- biceps
- delts
- some abs
post workout 6:45
- 2 scoops nitro-tech protein shake
- 1 L-glutamine and 1 multi
5th meal 8:00
- 1 plain chicken breast
- left over cold pasta salad
6th meal 10:00
- Am probably gonna have some fruits
Other than for breakfast theres no labels to calculate my meals, what was that site that gave measurements on foods?
