375mg test enth cycle????
It will be my first cycle and I want to run somthing that will yield good results but with little to no sides. I will be running 375mg test enth (1.5 mL a week)what can I expect gains wise? side effects? Im looking to put on about 10-15clean bloat free punds and loose 1-2% bf.
CYCLE: 375mg enth a week for 12 weeks
Nolva 20mg eod and then 40mg week every day weeks 14-18

and yes I know 500mg a week would be better but I dont see the point in jumping into such a large dose my first time. I also dont want to blow up like a blow fish and then loose 10lbs a of water when I go off....slow and steady wins the race lol

Im 21 and have been training for about 7 years.
180lbs about 10-11% bf
Diet on the cycle is going to look somthing like this
2 sccops whey
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup blue berries
4 fish oil tabs
multi vitamin
2 chicken breast
1/2 cup broccoli
1/3 cup almonds
1 cup ground lean beef
10 stocks asparagus
3 scoops whey
1 banana
1 cup orange juice
(this is post work out)
2 chicken breast
12 baby carrots
1/3 cups brown rice
2 scoops whey
2tbs udo's 369 (250 cals)
Im trying to keep my diet lower in carbs but still keep the cals on the high side so that 1# I can loose a small amount of fat and two i dont bloat.
Goals: gain 10-15 clean solid pounds
add about 1.5-2 inches to my arms
Grow my chest! lol

I work at a nutrtion store so thats why I am going to eat so much whey lol plus I am a student so it saves me alot of cash!

I dont see an issue for now, and it will be to hard to really say what gains you will get, but as long as eat clean and train hard, id say you are good to go. Keep it plain and simple, also, dont try replace your food with Whey... its not a substitute but a supplement for food.

should I see many sides at this dose? also what do you guts think the avg person with good training and diet could gain on a cycle like this? strangth wise and size?

I see one problem, at more whole foods in there, honestly put your diet up for review in the section.
DO NOT JUST RELY ON SHAKES
No offense but where are your complex carbs to fuel your workouts?
You still need a nice influx of simple carbs PWO at least 70-80g, your muscles will absorb it.
Even when Im cutting i have 72g waxy maize.
You will be running yourself very very low on glycogen.
You been training since you were 14?

Yes I have been training since I was 14...started at my house doing push ups and sit ups and by the time I was 15 I was hitin the gym every day...by grade 12 I was the largest kid in my school lol
Ye I was thinking I should up my carbs a small amount...its wierd because it seems like you can bulk and still loose fat when your on sauce.

yea you need a few more carbs pre work-out tbh! u need to fuel your body! also its difficult to loose bodyfat whilst bulking, thats what the cutting phase is for!

You at least need your gloygen half full, based on what I see I don't even think your getting that let alone full to allow you to train to full capacity.
At night add casein or cottage cheese, add veggies, remove the whey, whey will not fuel you for 6-8 hours even if you add fat.
Add more veggies to each of your meals, except PWO and wake up there equally important
What are your macros at?
Also whats your height?
Focus on cutting or bulking don't try and be superman and do both.

^^ oh yea and we need macros for all meals/day and caloric intake of each meal/day... try to follow a 40/40/20 split as well..

You guys are funnt guys...no I was 220 in highschool and I am now 180 because I cut. I didnt come here to be chirped by a bunch of guys who have never even met me or seen my body. I want advice so any one who is not helpful dont post.

Im keeping my diet lean...high cals but not to the point wer im gunna put on loads of fat. I dont see that point in eating 5000cals at 180lbs....seem like over kill.

I just feel like people over eat and eat way to many carbs! I have enouph fat in their to add in the cals I need and I have over 300g of protein...prob around 4000cals so at 180lbs It should be more then enouph to help me add lean size with out any fat gain.
I see alot of guy blow up but they look like shit because they are taking in 6000cals and 500g of carbs a day....doesnt make alot of sens to me.

If your body only needs 3500cals to put on size then why feed to 5000? so you can get fat? ther is a reason people put on fat and its over eating.

So you rather not put on muscle and undereat?
I go over a bit but clean, i rather put on some BF% than not earn muscle because I was scared of a little BF.
Just giving you are thoughts, but let us know how the gains go

I did the math I need to take in 3600cals when bulking at my weight....I figure on sauce you need a few more cals because most of what you take in will be going into muscle building so I upped it to around 4000.

heck my brother was cutting at 260lbs and only taking in about 3000cals a day on test and still put on muscle lol not alot but it just goes to show you how powerful it is.
