PCT help

Im presently in my 13 week of a test and deca cycle.
week 1-16 test e
week 1-14 deca

I was going to run this pct two weeks after my last test injection.

Week 1 - 3 Nolva 20mgs/day HCG 500iu/day Aromasin 25mgs/day
Week 4 - 5 Nolva 20mgs/day Aromasin 25mgs/day
Week 6 Nolva 20mgs/day


Does it look ok? Please let me know if there is something I should change.
I probably should have run HCG during the cycle. Should I run it now?

Looks OK.Obviously, you start your PCT 3 weeks after your last deca pin, or 2 weeks after your last test pin.

I would run the HCG during the two weeks after your last shot and prior to the nolvadex . Clomid should also be ran as getting LH levels back to normal is the first priority for a good pct.

There are alot of different ways to run HCG .Clomid,HCG, and tamo are my favs.You have to find what works for you.I P.M.ed T-MOS on this before, and as usual , he was very helpful.
