BTW his FIRST EVER cycle ended like 04/15/09 and he said he didnt run a pct and jumped right on the next cycle. BS

I think so much of this is principle...
being 21
being 170 pounds
having 3-4 cycles under your belt
and hypocritically telling others to work on their diets and their lifting while one's own diet and lifting is not in check...
I maybe wrong and this provides the good medium to prove if the OP is actually 196... IMHO still very light for his hight...
I think, Reed, there would not be 7-10 members asking for pics if none of what I stated was a concern to any onf them...

I agree chuck and Dancer, I've seen it as well. I'm trying to stay nice here and have that bullshit stop and get him on the right track. He hasn't come at me yet but if he does I'll clamp down like AR's Pitbull haha thats gay but for real though.

Phate the route you have take in consistent with the advice you give.
1) You are 20 and have never cycled; so for you to say don't cycle until 23 or 25 is a consistent statement with your life-style
2) You have never claimed as far as I have read that you have first had experience and I recall you stated on many occurances stating that you have researched the statements you make
3) It would absolutely be hypocitical for you to state don't cycle at 20 if you are cycling, if you did that then the IMHO the treatment or hordes of members that have called him out would also be justified to call you out
More over, Merrian defines hypocrite as:
1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion
2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings
To practice one set of beliefs but to condemn others for practing the same set of beliefs is IMHO wrong...
As a 20 year-old if you condemned others for NOT cycling (a contradiction) that IMHO would be wrong

those statements make sense, i really wasn't defensive or anything justwanting an honest opinion as i struggle sometimes with giving advice because i've never used anything so i have to rely on studies and such which we all know are great but sometimes fail in real world application

When I was in my mid 20s I sat through one year of A.A. to support a friend. I learned more from seeing people struggle at theiir lows than can possibly state here.
To be young and have self-doubt is a sign of maturity and enables both emotional growth and development. Here in the anonymous setting of the net one is given more latitude. Humility is a virtue unrivaled when it comes to self development.
Thread like this should stand a testament to not only others seeing hypocrisy, but standing united while engaging the individual seen as a hypocrite.
No you should not cycle at 21 (unless you just don't know any better, in the 80s and 90s we did not have the knowledge to make that statement)
No you should not weight 170 at 6'2'' and be on your 3-4 cycle.
No you should not condemn others for actions you yourself undertake.

I am currently 20 years old: I am 6'2, and I weigh 169 pounds. I have been training for the past three years, and am interested in trying my first cycle. I was initially going to experiment with cycling when I was 16 years old; however, I decided to wait it out until I was finished growing / get information first. On 12-18-08

My stats are:
Cycle experience: 1st cycle
Experience: 3 years weight lifting
Height: 6'1
Weight: 180 pounds
Body Fat: 9%
Lost an inch and gained 11 pounds…with low bf… in a month and 11 days…?
Cycle experience: 1st cycle

Weight: 175 pounds (I know, I'm still a little small. Flame away )
Body Fat: 7% this one on 1-6-09
YesterdayOh.. and this will be my 3rd cycle... 4 if you include an M1T cycle I did in high-school.
d.) I used D-drol (the PH) a year ago, while on a test-only cycle, and had great results with it. 12 pounds in 3 weeks. I think it'd be a nice way to conclude the cycle and enter PCT.
