Cytomel and shutdown
Will a low dose of T3 e.g. 6-12.5mcg shut natural production down, and is it safe to run long-term?

.. that's about what you produce naturally...

I understand that, I want to add it for extra protein synth without shutting down my natural production.

Really any amount of exogenous t3 will shut down the bodies endogenous t3 production after a few consecutive doses. I like the idea of running a small dose of t3 to increase protein synthesis during a lean bulk or bulk cycle. I would start at 12.5mcg for the 1st week and up it to 25mcg for the duration of the cycle...you might experience a slight rebound effect with your metabolism when you come off but that's the price you have to pay. What does your upcoming cycle look like and what are your goals?
