Test E wk #5 Nothing yet
Today marks week 5, did glute today.
Starting to get comments about a puffy face.
Hopefully thats good.
I think I will have more bloodwork done this week to see how my levels are because so far I don't see shit
This time I will get it done Wednesday, not the same day of my shot
At what Point should I say F this cycle.
8 weeks?
Diet is in check as well

Get the bloodwork results before you decide. I would think by week 5 you would begin to see some changes. (if your diet and training are in order?)

That looks pretty good. Give it a little time. I dont know what your numbers were before you started your cycle?

Dude be patient!! To e honest your numbers are a little low for being on 4 weeks of test @ 500mgEW but they are not bad. You have to remember, 500mg a week has to build and multiply and depending on what your natural levels are might take longer
week 1 500mg week 2.... 375mg left in the system plus 500.......Week 3....700mleft in the system plus 500 Etc. etc. etc. Those levels keep building up in your system. I do not notice anything with test till about week 6! Others are week 7 some are week 3-4 all depends on YOUR body and how it responds to test! if you wanted fast results should have used prop or sust! Remember , that is why a lot of people use a 4-5 week kickstart! because they know they will notice nothing for the first 4-6 weeks and want to get a jump on the situation!

You test may be under dosed but it is still good.
Your not going to have a test level of 1800 if it is not.

I had the bloodwork done Monday which was week 4 shot #1.
Same day as shot its more like end of week 3 right?

I guess I was just assuming things happen week 4-5 since it does for alot not everyone.
I do have Dbol but I wanted to start with 1 compound first since this is my first cycle and also did not want to raise an eye at my job and let it build.

Well another person today said my face looks bloated like im holding water.
I said It because I eat and rest on the weekends and tend not to sweat.
Hopefully thats not the case
Also if it wasn't for this board and its awesome members I would of done Test Deca and DBOL .
Some gym rat told me this and now I know more, this tells me hes doesnt know his shit to well
