it's not your cycle, Mine is the same right now, it's a pinched nerve.. Your back is out. Visit a chiropractor.

To me it sounds exactly like low blood pressure. I've had it before. My last two fingers on my right hand would always be numb when I woke up, plus I'd get pins and needles during the day.

Low blood pressure tends to resolve itself on its own over time, and it's not a major concern. (High blood pressure though is a concern and should be tended to straight away).

Here's a quick bit of info on low blood pressure and "pins and needles":

Of course though, there's other possibilities, but the most likely one would be low blood pressure.

I had the same problem and I was not on a cycle.

when I was sleeping I would wake up because my thump and 2 fingers were so numb I had to get up and walk around the room for the numbest to go away. the pain was there for the entire day, but for some reason the numbest would feel so much more painful when I slept

I went to the doctor and found out it was due to me being on the computer for hours and having my hand in the same position for hours, so it's probably not your cycle if you have your hands in the same position for hours at a time during the day that might be your problem.

sounds like a pinched nerve. Could be up around your cervical area. Could also be a pinch in the shoulder or elbow. it's very common though so i wouldnt worry about it. If you slacked off on the weights it would probably go away, but who wants to do that lol. Just push through it man.
