    Exclamation oxybolone & nolvadex

    Hello peeps, wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction am 21 and been training for a year and had results but a have got my hand on oxybolone & nolvadex

    .should a take these?
    .how should a take them?

    when do ya think would be best for me to start? mabey 25 ish?
    its hard when ppl younger are taken them in my gym and seem to be doing well! grrr

    what would be best to start with when am ready for that?

    and could ya tell me what ya think is best a 12 10 8 6 rep or a 10sets 3reps to get bigger and stronger

    25 would be fine, this would give you time to get used to your body, figure out what it responds best too, get a proper diet set up and learn how to create/change/adapt your diet and training to your goals
    what would be best to start with when am ready for that?

    i'm glad it works for you, but for example 10 rep max doesn't work well for me, i need to go up to 12-15 on some exercises and during drop sets, on legs i go up to 20 sometimes

    Talking Reps

    I gain well move up weight fairly fast using 10 max , lately ive been thinking about 12 or so to maybe stimulate them longer and see what happens and to change things up!
