Nolvadex w/out steroids
Here's the deal. I have, sigh, bitch tits. they're not huge, but they are there. I also have never done steroids . They are just byproduct of my being fat for many years (still working on it). Will just taking Nolvadex (along with exercise of course) help remove my boobs? Is there an over-the-counter alternative? Thanks guys.

So then is Nolvadex a preventative drug? It doesn't actually diminish pre-existing conditions?

It could be used for it.
You need to understand that gyno is caused by alot of different factors.
Estrogen automatizing from AAS.
What you have is fat build up in your brest tissue.
They are two different scenarios taking place.
Sorry, no shortcuts
Cardio and diet are what you need to get in check.
We can help you with both.
There are certain sections of the forum for this
Post your diet in the diet section.
And your exercise regiment under workouts.

Check and Check. Of course my diet is a bulk diet... Just starting to work on a cutting diet. I'll get it up soon.
If you want, here is the diet thread
No fruit, few veggies, TONS OF MEAT! is it OK?
and here is the workout thread
2+ hours. Am I over training?
Thanks again for the info!

everything I'm hearing as a response I agree with but in addition I'd say IF and only if you were in a position that an anti-e might help I'd try Letro instead of nolvadex because It's stronger... i've heard of it used in reversing gyno in SOME situations but you run some fairly high doses of if and from what I heard it only really works on cycle enduced gyno and not puberty based gyno (or simply being overweight). The exact doses needed for this I dont remember though but its in the boards somewhere..... I'm repeating all this from memory so I may have some of my specifics incorrect however...

sorry about that!!!! turns out I was completely wrong about the whole letro vs nolvadex thing... I guess what I had read a few years back was completely backwards... And to think every time I thought I sensed a little gyno coming on I took more letro thinking it'd reverse it a tad I guess I'll be tapping into my nolvadex supply now I have all but stopped using that as of late But now I guess it will become my new anti-e/serm of choice (taking note that they are different things)

So let me get this right. you've never done any AAS, but you have, what you call "boobs"?
What are your stats? particularly bf?
What you need is a strict diet and lots of cardio. Not drugs.
not to be harsh, but seriously, if you have boobs, you shouldn't be "bulking" at all.

I know. I do realize that I'm an idiot... I'm still relatively new to this so try and be patient! I'm working on a cutting diet/exercise plan today and will start tomorrow.
And there not "boobs" like a old woman's (saggy and loose and floppy), they're perky and kind of pointed like a 13 year olds... If that help describes them.
And I have seen a decrease in size since I began exercising. I suppose the added muscle has rounded them out a little. I really just want them to go away faster! But, as they say, "slow and steady wins the race".

That's not that bad bro with a good diet and exercise plan you can get rid of them and feel a lot better about yourself

Dude, you don't need surgery or Nolva. You need to get your ass in the gym and workout.
Not to be blunt, but your chest will grow, that little 13 year old training bra will go away to be replace by some chiseled, round and solid pecs. Eat, Sleep, Lift. Problem solved, and I'm not bullshitting you. You will change your tune in 6 months.
