Deca and Sus Cycle

Hi,

I have just started a cycle of Deca and Sus, 1ml and 1ml once a week. I'd like to know whether its better to get your shots in the morning or evening?

Your better off asking for advice first before you have started a cycle then after,

How long have you been training for?
Goals?
How many mgs are your shots?

True that but it was one slight detail that missed.

Cycle History; Anapolan

Trained at home for a year then started training at a gym beginning of this year.
Goals include picking up muscle mass
The ML's are 1ml deca100 and 1ml sus250

So your taking 250mgs of sus once a week and 100mgs of deca once a week?
You have only just started training this year in a gym?

What are your stats?

The cycle your on is awfull,
You shouldnt be cycling with only 9months worth of training under your belt,

My advice is to stop cycling, take a pct and start some hard training and go to the diet section and get your diet in order, sorry to say but your a long way off cycling IMHO.
