Unless you're a competitive arm wrestler, why the hell would you be arm wrestling?
It's stupid way to wrench a shoulder out, or sprain ligaments.
re: the soreness you currently have... It's best you stop doing the stuff you're currently doing.
I've had a similar pain for months...and I can tell you, it only gets worse.
I've had to modify the lifts I do, and drop some altogether.

Yes, I have tricep tendonitis in both elbows didn't realize what it was for a little while because they were just a little sore but it just kept getting worse now I am out of the gym almost entirely until these bastards are healed takes forever too. The earlier you treat it the less time you will miss from training IMO. BTW no supplement will heal tendonitis in my experience I tryied everything except HGH which is my next step LOL

EQ boosts collagen synthesis by around 350%, while deca /durabolon boost it by around 250%.
Thats what you need

I tried EQ,Decca, and glucosamine and they didnt do squat. Had to let them rest and do real high rep warm ups,20 to 30 reps.

Also suggest compound movements .
No tests of strength . No more weight than can be done in less than 4 reps .
Strict form on any exercise .
More water and less coffee ( love coffee but is still a diuretic ) . Are you taking in enough water ?
Try various oil supplements and check potassium intake .

It took a couple of months,i only did exercises that didnt hurt.I only did real high reps just to keep them pumped but not enought weight to stress them.
When they were at their worst, they hurt just taking the weight out of the racks on the flat bench. It was really bad,and continuing to train hard was just making it worse.

Been there. Its a bitch when you can bench 335+ but cant even lift a gallon of milk from the fridge.
