What to do? (Blood work included)

According to blood test I may have some problem with my kidneys and well when you look at test levels they speak for themselves. Explains a whole lot of why it is so hard to work out and strength, energy, motivation is garbage. I finished a PCT a month and a half ago and during PCT I felt fine and then slowly afterwords I just felt worse and worse and now I'm to the point that I can barely get myself into the gym. Cholesterol is surprisingly good despite my somewhat garbage rich diet and the cycle with tren , dbol , deca , test and such in it. So what would any of you recommend? Do another PCT or did I mess myself up and may possibly have to go on TRT. I did a long cycle stupidly(you know how dumb kids are ) and PCT consisted of Nolva,Tore,Clomid,HCG . For about 5-6 weeks, with HCG first 2-3 weeks. Cycle was about 8 months long with cruises in between.
