    Post Medications

    Hey all,

Well this post is kinda off the contrary of AAS but is still related.

I'm a person that suffers from insomnia pretty bad and yeah i have read side effects in the past on AAS that some can give you it, but i assure I have suffered even before my cycle.

I am working part time and not getting enough sleep each night my work is quite physical and endurance wise, there are some days I only get 2 hours sleep before work which is not good for me at all espically around heavy machinery. I am pessimistic of losing my job also due to this.

My questions is, Can i get medications for myself, for instance anti depressants or sleeping tablets without interfering with my workout and strength?
Because I have also read in the past that these medications can make you weak, dry mouth, and trembling feet/legs

    Any feed back appreciated?

Get some test done to find out why you have insomnia. It's nothing to mess with. My wife had insomnia/sleep apnea. Without going into detail you see I said HAD, no she was not cured so to speak but is no longer with us. Be careful with meds, many can be addiction. I use Ambien once in a while just because it's FAST acting but it has some STRANGE side effects. Google it.

Ambien + Xanax = you don't wake up. Be careful with SSRIs and Tranks.
