Clen cramps!
Holy crap on my 4th day of Clen (120mcg/day) and after my leg workout earlier in the day I woke up in the middle of the night with the most PAINFUL hammy cramp in my life! Took like 20 minutes to go away ate a banana and drank some water in the middle of the night after already had a banana during the day and I always drink plenty of water everyday. Supposedly taurine is supposed to help with the cramps-outside of Red Bull and drinks like that what is a good source of it-I do not recall seeing any taurine only supplements? I will do whatever it takes to avoid that episode last night ever again!

you can but the supplement Taurine in pill form.....i believe you can buy it through ar-r ...

Well this is my 2nd go round with it, already did two weeks on (first week of PCT) and just finished my off time the other day. No issues at all with cramps or anything really before last night, maybe a little insomnia but thats it. Was starting to wonder if it was legit but had some shakes and nervousness this go round, maybe because last time still had some AAS running through my veins!

I had a few TERRIBLE episodes with Clen cramps! Seriously thought I was going to pass out from the pain. Both calves, both quads, both hammys, and my abdominals. No joke, worst pain I have ever had, so I know how you feel. Anyway, after extensive research and personal experience I can give you a few tips. First off, drink a ton of water... I know you do! DRINK MORE! Supplement with 4-5g Taurine daily, sit the dose into equal times spread out through the day. Before bed take and electrolyte replacement supplement. I have something called "tablytes" (Calcium/Phosphorus/Magnesium/Chloride/Sodium/Potassium). If you can't find it, I found that Pedialyte works well also. I just like to avoid the extra calories from Pedialyte and bannanas and such since I am trying to cut while using Clen. Stretch after workout cool down and before bed. Once you get the cramps it is pretty much a waiting game. Stretch, massage and cry like a little bi7ch! Haha. Good luck man, I know they suck!

I hate clen cramps. They lasted 1 year after I stopped!wtf?

Well its most certainly not clen if its been 1 year. I cant begin to even guess why your cramping. But clen is gone in about 34-36 hours if i recall correctly.
Just take taurine pills and not redbull, redbull is trash.

I never go above 80mcg daily because of that reason.
80mcg is a very effective and side free dose IME.
