Holy crap on my 4th day of Clen (120mcg/day) and after my leg workout earlier in the day I woke up in the middle of the night with the most PAINFUL hammy cramp in my life! Took like 20 minutes to go away ate a banana and drank some water in the middle of the night after already had a banana during the day and I always drink plenty of water everyday. Supposedly taurine is supposed to help with the cramps-outside of Red Bull and drinks like that what is a good source of it-I do not recall seeing any taurine only supplements? I will do whatever it takes to avoid that episode last night ever again!
