    Food & Diet

    I used to go the gym 3-4 times a week for almost a year but reached a plateau.
    I have stopped working out but want to get back in to the gym but this time with some additional help.
    I live an active life do outdoor sports and have a decent enough body but don't want to dedicate the same amount of time for just ok results.
    I have been looking at cycles and decided to do Testosterone and Deca when I feel comfortable with all the knowledge I need.
    I know I should eat 5 times a day and my protein intake should be 1-1.5gm per pound (I weigh 152lbs; 5ft10) but how many calories carbs fibers should I start with and will I increase this during the cycle if so when and by how much?
