clean foods hard work = fat loss and muscle increase.

inclined bench press 3 sets each 12 raps
dumbell inclined press 3 sets 12 raps
inclined flies 3 sets 12 raps

there is one of your problems. on Wednesday you hit tri's, then Thursday look at all the pressing movements you are doing that also incorporate tri's. Muscles need time to recover, everyone is different, but I respond best by allowing 5 days between hitting the same muscle group. There are many variations that work, but notice how in Brew's split back/bi are combined and chest/tri are combined grouping overlapping muscle groups.

man i deleted it because i thought may be no one replied me...
and now i put this to give a better idea...
and the thing is dude that i am not a fake...
someone said me that i may have throid problems and u know today i had tests of my thyroid...i will get the result tomorrow...
yah it seems i have never been to gym because i get mass ..i get like fat when i start gym and keep on getting bulky...but that bulk shows fat not muscles...this is the problem

DUde...today i got the result of my thyroid tests and its ok...
Serum t3. 2.07. Range 1.3 to 3.1 nmol/L
serum FT4. 13.96. Range 12 to 22 pmol/L
serum tsh. 2.06. Range 0.27 to 4.2 mlu/L...
@ lovbytes u said i may hav thyroid so i had its tests...they r fine...now anythin else anyone hav to say...plz

your w/o splits arent going to be the problem,, if your doin back one day or chest the next will not make much of a flyin fk when it comes down to weight loss.
