    Plz help me!

    HEY...I NEED TO START A CYCLE....IM WORKING OUT FROM 4 YEARS...but not gaining anything woteva diet and workout i have...
    im posting my pic please help me with the best gear supplements you think...

    based on this pic, and the first pic you posted that you removed, your diet and training need work. you have no base to build off of yet.

    dude so some edited my diet....and i will foloow it but let me tell u this was my diet throughout workout,.,.
    you wont belive but my trainers also shocked that why dont i get muscle...

    this was when i was not using gear

    meal 1:
    6 egg whites
    2 cups oat meal
    apple

    meal 2:
    i scoop whey
    orange

    meal 3:
    2 cups lean beaf
    salad

    meal 4:
    red beans one cup
    sweet potatoe
    i scoop whey

    meal 5:
    one scoop whey
    boiled rice with chicken and vegetables


    meal 6:
    same as meal 5...excluding scoop.,

    and my workout was with a trainer who had build guys infront of me...
    now can you please tellme why it dint worked out .im quiet serious...
    please help me with the gear workout and deit you fink i should take

    how many more threads are you going to start with this same question.....you need not do gear......you know what never mind do as you please.......i am donna tear my eyes out trying to make some of you understand that this is a marathon not a sprint...there are no shortcuts...gear will do little for you in the condition you are in....i give up...

    dude but im training from 4 years now tellme what should i do?..
    i ttried with every diet and workout but got nothing..im fed up so im posting here...
    may be there is someone who listens to me and belive...
    but instead of advicing people here are giving embaraasing remarks..im sorry to say

    i wrote what im taking but i thought people here are helpful instead of making fun of others...except the diet im using deca 200mg and testo 500 mg and today was end of my third week but i got no gains yet!

    how about this...

    start by telling us what you eat with serving size and the times you eat at

    and make sure you are injecting your aas with a 2inch needle so you hit the muscle

    dude if you where going about this the right way then you would get pleanty of help....i already gave you my advise countless times in your many different threads about the same thing.....stop the cycle and get your shit together diet wise.....you doubt me now but i want to see the after picks including the gyno that you will no doubt encounter cycling with that much bf....you can exclude the picks of your non functioning unit that with no doubt occure....

    dude this is my diet...and 2ndly i was on treadmill but it couldnt work for me...
    bdw what do you expect how much should i run daily on a tread mill?

    i read alot and i searched alot.
    i knew people would comment like you and others are having...
    but still i posted my pic to give an exact idea of how it seems to be..
    so if you people are good at taunting so please dont reply to this post.
    i asked for real help not jokes..
    and someone said stop cycle and start pct..
    can i know the reason for that?

    The reason is your bf% is very high you are gonna end up with more tits than you all ready have and your putting more stress on your heart because of the higher bf% stop the cycle and run pct if your not a troll listen to the advice

    Im only gonna tell you what you have been told allready you need to go to the diet forum post your picture and your diet and one of the boys over there will help you,you also need to do cardio 40 mins a day on a treadmill for as long as it takes

    No, I told you I am NOT a diet guru and for you to post your diet in the Diet section so you could get more help.

    Sorry but after seeing your pictures and diet and reading your post I find it impossible that after 4 years of working out you look like that.....

    IF that is true you are one of the few who has a true thyroid issue and diet and exercise is not going to help. You need to get checked by a good doctor.

    i had my gh test and also my test level test which was both alright.i will check if there is a test for thyroid.anyways thanx for ur advice but dude i have digestion problems.may be thats the issue???

    throid problem is due to less iodine and they form guillers on their neck but i dont have that problem..anyways thanx for ur advice i will check it

    One thing more...if its thyroid den how im
    able to pull the weights..?like i can
    pull heavy weights and i gain strenth but no muscle??.anyways i would hav my thyroid test today and would let u know
