Note: I switch it up every week, but below is the bread and butter of my workouts. Always 1 day between bis/back, tris/chest for maximum recovery time. Always hit each group hard, until failure.
Sunday: Arms/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Monday: Shoulders/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday:Back/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Thursday: Chest/1 hour low-intensity cardio.
Fri/Sat. Off. due to excessive work hours
