Annoying Pumps?
Once again sorry for the stupid threads, i've read up on previous threads regarding pumps and so on.
this isn't a lower back pump, im on test only and 2-3 sets into my workout and i'm so PUMPED in that muscle that i can't perform another set... and i have to finish my workout early..
it's annoying but yet good same time.
Anybody experience this?
It's annoying in the sense that i've got a planned 12-15 sets and i can usually at max get through about 5 and then i'm done..
I stretch em out and everything but it seems to do nothing.
any down sides to this guys? that's me getting laughed at

i've naturally had tighter calves so i do stretch them everyday when i wake up and try place tension on my heel when walking to ease up the pressure,
but even they pump up randomly.
once again this isn't a reason i'm blaming SOLEY on the steriods (everyone kinda assumed i was in another thread) but just wondering if anyone has any advice?

Are you holding a shyt ton of water? Using an ai to control water? Drinking enough water. Those would be my first thoughts.

Potassium deficiency will make me have severe muscle pumps. fatigue, anxiety. painful as hell! i know when it starts, will happen on workouts, at work, sex... my massage therapist first told me that could happen and now every time i have blood work done mine is low. i now make a point to get plenty and i dont have the problems. try it?

Could be electrolytes. My first cycle had me gain so much that my arms would fall asleep at night in bed. IDK if the aggressive muscle growth throws off or pinches veins/nerves but it took a bit for it to go away.
My forearms last cycle gave me incredibly painful pumps. Nothing really alleviated it. All I did was lift heavier for less sets.

Yesterday my forearms got so pumped doing alt dumbell curls that I couldnt close my hands for about 5 min.

Its almost unbearable to train on tren and drol because of the massive pumps.
No pain No gain.

Are you early into this cycle? Are you using an NO product?
You might adapt after a couple of more weeks. Ive had painful pumps, but never one that stopped me from finishing my workout.
