    1st Cycle

    Alright guys after reading a lot here I'm going to do this:

    my diet is good, I changed it and it's good

    I'm 6'1 - 210lbs - 25 years old (training for 3 years maybe more).

    Test-e:
    Week: 1 - 12: 500mg/week

    Dbol :
    Week: 4 - 8: 40mg/day

    What should I use for my PCT?

    Will I gain a lot with this cycle?

    (yes I'm asking stupid questions but I already know the aswers I just want people advices)

    If you read a lot on here.. you would know what pct to use. which is an obvious nolva and clomid.

    You gains will depend on your diet. If you have a solid diet you can probably gain little over 20 lbs... and keep ide say 10-15... Atleast thats what i kept on my first straight test e cycle...... and my diet i was tweaking left and right. Some i saw better weight others i saw no increase.... Soo... ya

    The cycle looks fine.

    I would also have an AI on hand, like adex, in case of estrogen related sides.

    No one can really tell you how much you'll gain, a lot of it will be water weight as well.

    While there are several different pct methods, this one has always worked well for me:

    clomid 100/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20

    What's your new diet? How did you change it?

    Are you planning to cut some body fat before your cycle? (I was about to answer this question in your other thread....

    Thanks for your aswers guys

    Well I was asking should I cut before doing my cycle? or can I cycle with my 15/16% BF? what's the difference if I have big bf or low bf?

    My diet is like the one on the website but with little changes in food and hours that's all or isn't the website diet good?

    What is the "website" diet?

    Cutting excess body fat is the best thing you can do before a cycle, not only will you see better results on a purely aesthetic level, but any type of cutting/priming before a cycle will create a naturally anabolic environment with which to build muscle.

    So for like 2 weeks I should do lots of cardio and abs and train less heavy with more sets

    I would suggest cutting for more than 2 weeks.

    Thanks, actually I did a mistake I'm 10.6% body fat is that good? or should I cut more?

    Why are you running dbol weeks 4-8? Why not 1-4 to kickstart?

    sex:
    Waist: Stand up straight, but don't suck in your stomach. Measure the widest circumference.
    Hips: Stand with your feet about 4 inches apart and measure the widest part of your hips.
    Forearm: Clench your fist so that your forearm is flexed. Measure the widest part between your wrist and elbow.
    Wrist: Measure in the dip between the bony part of your wrist and the start of your hand.

    And it calculates it, is it good? or should I try something else? well when I did that I was at 9% body fat but added + 1% because it's wierd
