Clem ramping?
If i start using Liquid Clen would this be a good ramp up rate to use?
days 1 & 2 - 30mcg
days 3 & 4 - 50mcg
days 5 & 6 -70mcg
days 7 - 14 - 100mcg
I will be having three weeks off after without choice, but if this was not the case (due to work) what would be the needed time off after the 14 days?
How sevear are the shakes and cramps if i get loads of water and taurine? How long do the shakes last?
Do they dissapear as you go through the cycle?
Are these the only likely side effects?

Also...
Is liquid clen squirted in the mouth or injected. And when do you take it? Is it in the morning or just before training?

Lots of people will basically just keep slowly upping the dose until they get the shakes. (and when they go away, they increase the dose until they have them.) Then there are others, including myself, just can't stand it because of the crazy shin cramping when running or even walking. What's your body fat percentage right now? If you have a lot of fat to lose, why not just stick with ECA and a better diet?
