Does taking nolva during your cycle mess with your gains that much?? i usually take arimadex.. but a buddy says nolva will mess with the gains? i plan on taking one pill everyday..

A study shows that nolva will lower IGF levels, and lower IGF levels are the last thing a body builder wants.

But, I can tell you from personal experience, that I've used nolva on cycle and it didn't affect my gains that significantly.

Can you tell us the compounds you are using and the length of the cycle?

Age? stats? cycle exp.? body fat%?

21yrs old 5'11'' 195lbs.... Max 375 bench, 265 incline bench, deadlift 505, squat 475, leg press a lot.... 10 week cycle. other compounds daily injectable dbol , anadrol , weekly sust325, test enan 200, deca 300 2 times a week..
