    Hey mate, please, don't EVER give advice again. You know nothing about this guy yet you're recommending him an exact macro breakdown of his diet? Real smart there mate.

    I think the op would be smart enough to know you shouldn't be taking advice from anyone who can access a computer, but only those who have brought their physique as well as hundreds of their clients with different genetic limits/barriers and lifestyles to an above average level.

    nicely put, the inexperience should spend less time typing and more reading. this stuff dont come easy, 17yrs later and i still am gathering knowledge

    you are one tall mofo, thats why you dont look as big as the other guys...

    im 188cm, my cousin is 178. he looks alot bigger than me, when we weight the same...

    my guess is the other guys in the gym are shorter than you...
