3 weeks = GO-TIME!
Ok guys. Got my gear in hand.
- Andropen 275 10ml bottle (2 bottles total)
- Decabol (Nandrolone Decanoate) 10ml bottle (2 bottles total) 250mg/ml
- Anadrol 50mg Tabs (21 tabs total) They are blue tabs that say 50mg on one side and BD on the other side. Can't find a picture of them online which worries me a little.
Stats:
Age: 27
Weight: 175
Height: 6'0
BF: ~12% haven't done calipers yet. "skinny-fat", terrible I know.
Training History:
College Athlete, did 2 cycles in college when I was 22.
First Cycle: Sust250/Deca /Dbol 500mg/week - 400mg/week - 30mg/day (for first 2 weeks). Loved it.. Wish I could have the exact same stuff this time, but I'm taking what I can get (see above list of british dragon, should be similiar).
I've "almost" done a few other cycles but never followed through. Now I'm ready to go.
Training Plan:
I am currently lifting but will change my diet dramatically for 3 weeks to a PFMS diet/workout by Lyle McDonald. (basically cut out carbs and deplete glycogen storage, lose fat as fast as possible)
After 3 weeks of fat-loss high intensity diet/workout (I'll be doing a EC stack during this time). I will start my cycle and go for a "Clean-Bulk".

Since it gets asked about fairly often, here is the routine. Some notes follow

Mon: Lower
Squat: 3-4X6-8/3' (3-4 sets of 6-8 with a 3' rest)
SLDL or leg curl: 3-4X6-8/3'
Leg press: 2-3X10-12/2'
Another leg curl: 2-3X10-12/2'
Calf raise: 3-4X6-8/3'
Seated calf: 2-3X10-12/2'
Abs/low back: a couple of heavy sets apiece
Tue: Upper
Flat bench: 3-4X6-8/3'
Row: 3-4X6-8/3'
Incline bench or shoulder press: 2-3X10-12/2'
Pulldown/chin: 2-3X10-12/2'
Triceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5'
Biceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5'
For the Thu/Fri workouts either Repeat the first two or make some slight exercise substitutions. Can do deadlift/leg press combo on Thu, switch incline/pulldown to first exercises on upper body day. A lot depends on volume tolerance, if the above is too much, go to 2-3X6-8 and 1-2X10-12
GOAL:
I would like to gain size while continuing to cut fat some fat. I realize that this will hinder my gains and will not be the most popular approach to the community. I will focus on gaining size as my main goal. I believe the steroids will help me cut fat while gaining size as long as I stay "clean" in my diet. I will probably do cardio in my off-days as well.
I'm looking forward to reading the responses. All of this is open to change. This is a tentative plan thus far. I will change it based on what you guys say, as I know the knowledge-base on this board is incredible. Thank you

the fact that you've done 2 cycle previously and are still 175 pounds at 6 feet, kinda puts a question on what your doing wrong.
also you shouldn't cycle without test, expecially with deca .. but you'll learn the hard way I guess?

U may want more vials if you want to run a 12 week cycle. If doing deca you will want to run it 12 weeks

Any comments on the workout/diet/plan vs my goals?
Is there another workout I should be doing to maximize gains? I feel like that workout is a pretty solid routine, but curious as what you guys think?

personally and only mho I dont like it. I just think for me its to many body parts in the same day. I like to isolate my routine to certain body parts monday isnt bad but a couple heavy sets for back and abs with extensive legs same with tues just to much for me
