torn front deltoid
i am 5 weeks into a 10 week cycle of test/deca /dbol and i tore
my left front delt doing incline dumbell press.
My question is should i continue my cycle and train legs/abs or ditch
the cycle until my delt recovers. The physio reckons 4 weeks rehab before i start with the weights on it, i'm pissed about it but trying to turn it into a positive by working my calves and abs which is a weakness..
Thanks

I was 2-3 weeks in to my recent cycle and pulled my quad high up near the hip flexor to the point I could bare walk and put ANY weight on even a slightly bent leg. I hobbled around the gym for 2 weeks.
I skipped 3 leg workouts and made a full recpvery. I was totally amazed.
I was on Prop/NPP/Dbol and think if I had not been on Deca I would have been screwed.
Is a front delt any more less of a complex injury? Don't know.
The choice is yours to decide whether to continue training your arms or back or lower body.
If you are severely limited in the exercises you can do then make the call to cease but if you do then the Deca won't help you recover along with the other compounds.

cheers, i think i will keep running the cycle for a couple of weeks and train my
lower body and abs, rehab the shoulder and assess again after 2 weeks.
I didnt know deca "helped" heal muscle injury? i thought it eased or cushioned
joint pain.

I could be wrong but it is my understanding that Deca was created to assist recovery after surgeries and massive traumas or in the least to be used for such purposes.
I was using 500 mg of NPP a week and my quad recovered quickly. I am now a firm believer in Deca.
