LOL! Hell nah! The deadlift was a 6RM and the benchpress was a 1RM. LOL bench is my weak part bro. My bench is not over 460 yet. Once you hit 400lbs, every 5lb plate starts to feel like a 45

I do have a problem when young men resort to chemical use when they haven't even gotten the basics of diet and training down. Gaining muscle is NOT easy with the use of AAS. You still have to train hard and diet properly. And, you can easily lose your gains if you don't continue to train and eat right. That's what I told you in your thread and you didn't want to hear it. You may not see it this way, but Im giving you the advice I think you need to hear. You don't have to listen or heed, but I'm still going to try.
The first sentences of your post simply contradict what you did in this thread. You came out of nowhere, just to put a non-necessary "bashing" type of opinion, which I din't request. It seemed like stalking.

What really concerns me is that when I did my thread, I just wanted some feedback for some side effects I was getting from my cycle, and you (and others) simply deviated from my original post and started to hijack the thread only talking about how I needed to go to the basics, and on and on. THis is not the first time I've seen this. You guys do it all the time with other people too. When I tried to take "your advice" then, you gave NONE, only said my diet was "horrible", which is outrageous to say the least, since my diet is probably better than most people in my gym. THat doesn't mean, of course, that I have a PRO diet, or even a GREAT diet for that matter. It certainly is not HORRIBLE. I could even accept the term "above average".

If you see the date I started on this forum, it says 2003. I barely surpass 100 posts, you know why? Because I only like this forum a lot for it's educational threads and lots of info. I don't post here too much, I love to READ. THe fact that I"m currenlty weighing 161 doesn't mean I don't have my diet and training in check. I started at 130, with about 24% body fat and zero muscle shape. Numbers don't count as much as the actual look, and you should know this since you compete. I am very aware that I could have made much more progress. The reasons were many, one of them being lack of discipline in my younger days. That has been subsiding as of late.

I do care about what more experienced guys have to say. If any objective person goes to my thread, they will see some "big guys" simply jumping on the "your diet sucks" bandwagon and zero advice. Being polite and honest didn't work neither.

Even if some people wouldn't agree with me (opinions are like a***oles), I do like the muscle shape I currently have, and feel proud to look like I do at a light 161 pounds. Of course, I have goals, and I haven't reached mine yet. That's why I'm always looking to learn more, INCLUDING diet. But from there to saying a cycle won't work if you don't have the diet of Jay Cutler is simply funny.

I do agree that the keeping gains part may be the hardest of all. Gaining muscle with steroids is something I know I"m capable of doing big time when i BULK. My only real BULK was natural and it was fairly succesful. THe cycle I did last year and now was on a cutter, so even the muscle I gained in those were pretty good considering that.

I agree with everything that you said. cgb6810 is an asshole, all I was asking for was a little god damn help with my body fat and all the sudden he starts bashing the shit out of my thread.

I just want to start by saying; there are a lot of hurt feelings in this thread.... for all you "guys" with hurt feelings, you would make awesome Girlfriends....... Grow a set.

Too many people wanting to second other people's opinions without even trying to get deeper into reasoning. I think his abs look nice, and I don't care about how much mass he has, his abs look decent and have good shape.

Anyway, I honestly would like to be 180 pounds with 8-9% at most. To each their own.

You're hilarious! I'm sooo glad you've made it obvious that you joined here in 2003 ad that you only like to read the educational threads and you want to argue that what you're doing isn't "horrible" ad all that blah blah..... Just let me note, that you've been here since 2003 and still struggling to achieve your goals...... hey don't worry about it, I'm sure you're doing it right and you got it all figured it out.

Make sure you fire up a post in 2015 when you finally achieve those goals!

    Good luck

If you just waited a few more years before you decided to do steroids you would probably be taller then 5'6.

LOL, oh come on man, I think you look great, NO HOMO!

Do you know what site/forum this is? This is the Q&A forum for AAS. This is not some pansy teen site where you'll get dozens of other anemic boys saying you look great at 5'6" and 140lbs. LOL, except for the "smallnaturalbodybuilder" who said he wanted to look just like you

Let me guess your next post: "should I bulk or should I cut"........

I train with a 54 yr old female competitive bodybuilder that competes at a shredded 140lbs, and she's only 5'7". She'll kick your ass bubble.

When you post in an open forum you may get constructive criticism. Your diet sucks! That's why experienced members ask for details. Frequently newb members don't want to list them and it's usually for a reason. Some just want to hear what they want to hear.

You think that all of those opinions (not just mine) were just parroting me? I don't have any pull on this forum. Those were experienced members opinions on your situation. You shouldn't be using AAS, you should be working on learning how to structure your diet and learn how to train. There are forums on this site for diet and training. Spend some time there, and learn. And, because you've run several fvcked up cycles when you were too young doesn't make you an expert, it makes you a fool.

Don't post on an open forum if you don't want to hear from the members. And grow the fvck up!

You don't have to do steroids to know how to give advice, like the dumbass saying how he wants to do 140mgs of anavar a month for his first cycle.

I disagree with you. People come here because they want the opinions of people who have real experience with steroids .

Hey, everyone has to start somewhere. I wish my bf was that low. Of course, Im not there yet. I wanna be about 210 at about 8 or 9%bf but no one has every started out huge. Jay cutler was small at one time in his life, so was Dorian and a number of other bodybuilders. It's a journey, it takes a long time. Don't mess with him because he's not huge because most of you guys haven't always been huge either.

I may need to learn how to diet, but you need to learn how to read. Quote the sentence where I said I was a steroid expert, and you will win the lotto.

Second, I didn't even want any advice on anything. I just read the educational threads and that's all. If I need some advice, I'll ask for it. The reason why I posted my diet was because from experience, the first thing anyone asks before giving some simple advice as "Nolvadex should be ran at 20mg" is "Age, height, cycle history, diet, etc."

Just wanted to be honest and put my stats. As far as I know, I can say I'm 220 with 8% body fat. This is a damn forum, and full of liars. I just wanted an answer for a certain problem I felt, not diet advice.

I never said everyone is a liar, but there could be many. I had the balls to step up and put my pics, even though I know I'm a small guy. Just wanted some feedback on that thread. But it is a deadhorse. Time to move on....

If anyones feelings were actually hurt I would say lift heavy and eat like a beast.. if you keep doing it eventually you wont give a shit what anyone says (unless it can help you)

You are on an anabolic steroid forum????? Anabolic...builds muscle/organ tissue? This is not the "tiger beat magazine use thermogenics to look like a 15 yr old emo kid" forum?

Its like ordering chinese food and complaining, " what the hell? My general tso chicken doesn't tast like pizza."

And to ferociousbubble, the bf is look nice and lean, so get cracking on those meat and potato lifts and use those young hormones to put on some mass. Good base to add

And don't listen to these guys. There are plenty of guys who aspire to looked like you do. Such as gay porn stars for example.
