    To tell you the truth, I have never benched 400 before. The first post about repping 400 on bench was just an example. My personal best is 315 x 10. 335 x 6 also. I do not have the balls to load up 4 plates, since I do not work out with a spotter

    I used to talk about lifting "X" amount of weight. Now that Im aging I'm more concerned about getting the most intensity I can lifting the same weight. I do more reps, drop sets, negatives. Nothing wrong with lifting "X"amount of weight, but at my age, the PR thing will bust my ass.
