In my opinion, no drug comes without potentially scary sides.

Since I will probably have to be on these for life, what are the smart choices?

propananol bp beta blockers

there used by many people without a prescription ,snooker player/darts players/chess players/singers/interviews/ect

they block the edrenaline receptor and also lower bp ,very safe drug if used right ,google it and see for yourself.

Runs in the family, Stress/Anxiety from owning a business AND I give up on trying to give up Pre-w/o stims. Just can't.

Only take one in the mnornming but have for MANY MANY YEARS.

Im 40 and LEAN and otherwise very healthy (eat great + take a myriad of heart-healthy and overall health supps).

go and see your doc and see if he will give you a prescription for it ,its used alot for stress/anxiety and sounds like its just the drug for you ,i used to use it due to panic attacks and its real good stuff and safe too.
