HYPOTHETICALLY, if i were a 16 yr old 205lbs 6 ft middle linebacker looking to gain lean mass, power, and speed what would be an advisable cycle that would inflict the least amount of long term damage to my body and allow me to keep my gains. if i were on a high protein diet, 5000 calories 500g of protein and 500g of carbs a day with RIGOROUS lifting and running in the florida heat. hypothetically said kid is inevitably going to take something. may as well be the right stuff.
