    Testanon 250

    Im getting ready to start my 1st cycle. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or some professional opinions. I've done some research but came up with any different ways to approach this cycle. Would be a great help if i could get some feedback on what to take with it, shouldi stack it ? and a PCT ? I have 9cc's to work with. I was thinking about taking 1 a week for 9 weeks. Thanks

    U need about 500mg test a week. Whats ur stats?

    '5''10 170lbs and just turned 29. all i can get my hands onfor a while is what i have...any suggestions ?

    Bud if i were u, i would wait till u have enough to do a proper cycle of atleast 500mg of test a week for 10 weeks.

    Can you get your hands on food? Cause that is what you really need.

    Check out the diet section to help put on some natural size first. Take your time and dont rush into anything.

    ok, i look into some diff things. If not test you recommend any suppliments or anything else i should be taking?

    Food > supplements in terms of gains. To "supplement" your food I'd look into simple basics

    multi vi
    bcaa
    creatine mono
    whey
    casein
    fish oil

    x2!!! Great Post HPride... agree. and when you do decide to do a cycle (after your diet is down and your weight is up!) go here... they lay everything out for you! Test beginner cycle info "Test Beginner Cycle Info"

    Also maybe add Glutamine... but not necessary... helps with recovery

    Trader Joe is a pretty good source when it comes to food. Reliable, consistently high quality and reasonable prices too.

    Honestly though DONT CYCLE. Save your gear until you can run 500mg a week. I started off thinking 250 a week was enough but if youre shutting down your natural test levels you may as well up the dose to maximize your gains.
