    Donating Blood on Cycle?

    DOUBLE POST. IGNORE THIS ONE PLEASE. SOMEONE ALREADY MADE THE SAME POST YESTERDAY AND I HAVE MY ANSWER THAT ITS ALL GOOD.

    SORRY FOR WASTING ANYONES TIME.

    Hey guys, just a quick question.
    My local blood bank is in the area and I was considering giving blood but am on cycle.

    In the past they have suggested I not give blood if I plan to train that day. Since im not training until tomorrow night I figured this could be ok but then started to think "is this a good/dumb idea or does it really matter?

    Thanks guys. Would like to still help others but dont want to f up my cycle. Also - what about PCT? Can you donate then?
