the vascularity depends on your bf. If youre very low to begin with then yes, you will see it increase within the first 4-5 days.

As far as strength, it goes up but on the slow side. Hardness also comes in by the end of the 2nd week. By the middle of the 3rd week you should really feel it. Decent strength gains, increased vasc., and hard/dry.

Remember that the better your diet and cardio are planned out the better the results. I ran 80 mg stacked with 50mg of tbol for 7-8 weeks and absolutely loved it.

BTW, I hope that you have your support and pct ready to go as well as some cialis cause the var will definately shut you down. You might consider throwing some taurine in cause you will get so pumped up very fast that you might cramp up a bit, just a thought....

Good luck and let me know if I can help out in anyway........

Thanks Pops appreciate it... at 70 mgs for 7 weeks, will Nolv for 1 or 2 weeks suffice? I heard that it doesnt shut down much so not much pct is required. Will 1 or 2 weeks work? Anyone else have similar input?

FYI I'm extremely lean as it is and vascular so I'm looking forward to this week to see how that turns out. Did you take any pre-workout supps like superpump, jacked, no explode? Anyone ? Should I drop that stuff ? Appreciate it,

Everthing I got from Var at 100mg ED I saw by the 5th day... Which wasn't much TBH.

WAY overpriced for such modest gains. There are far better options IME.

Wow! 5th day? Thats awesome. To be honest, I dont really find Var that expensive. I mean, between all the times you buy NO-Explode, and Creatine, and Protein, and X Y and Z, you look at probably 120-150. Another $100 and your at Var. I am looking to bump over a plateau and have a vascular V shape. Still needed help with PCT and for how long. Novl for a week work? 2 weeks?

Do people become more "sore" while on Var? This could make sense because you are lifting more weight? Also, last question. What kind of strength gains should one expect? Say one who benches 225 x 12... Possibly hit it like 18 to 20 by the end of 7 weeks? Thanks, I like hearing what others have experienced to know what to look forward to in the future.

I ran nolva and clomid cause I ran var and tbol but I would run nolva @ 40/40/20/20. Think of it as cheap insurance.

When you hear that people get sore on var is because you get so pumped up so fast; you cannot lift any more but you keep on pushing til you almost puke!

For example, I did nothing but db's for chest and my finish set was 60"s for 20 reps with good form! I have shoulder issues so I cannot lift as heavy as I used to.....

u'll need at least a minimum of 40/20/20 for pct bro. or just stick to 40/40/20/20. i did the same pct for my var cycles. no dramas from it.

i guess the soreness depends on ur training. if u've always been sticking to the same training routine and just increasing the weights due to increased strength, then the soreness is not as bad. but if u do a whole different routine, then the body will be sore as it has to get used to it first. i guess strength gains are really dependent on individuals and their bodies growth rate and workouts.

I agree. For the first 2-3 weeks or so I did the same routine to see when and how I started to react to the compounds. Once I felt it kick in is when I started to change things up a bit. Then I did get a bit more sore but I got used to it rather quickly. Then by the 5-6th week I went back to my routine where I noticed a huge increase in strength and absolutey loved it!

Just stick with what works and listen to your body.....

    Awesome post very informative.

OP.... Remember everyone will respond different, don't get discouraged if you do not start to see result until week 3 or 4 because that is the way I am with Var. Also go with the recommended PCT in this thread because it will shut you down harder than you originally thought.

    Good Luck on the cycle

7-14 days for sure if your diet and training is on. Sometimes sooner.

Thanks for the input, really appreciate it. the 40/20/20 sounds good to me. If this is the first go ahead, should I just stick to 70 and see how it goes or bump it at some point? 100 for a first?

My diet is fine, probably needs work but its def getting the job done. It was weird, on day 3 i started to feel "pump" but dont know if its placebo or the pre=workout supps or what... LAAAAAAASSST THING sorry!!! I am a fiend for exercise. I have to do something physically active at some point. Can you lift everyday or is that not very wise? I do:

    Monday Chest
    tues bi tri
    weds back/shoulders
    thurs legs
Fri- high rep cardio work out everything... Burnouts, jump roepe, etc
    Saturday back at Chest....

I looked at that slingshot workout thing on here which seemed alright. Seeing what got the best results while doing it... Thanks again fellas

I would just stay at 70 unless someone like BJJ says different. He did a huge log on his cycle and it was very, very detailed. I ran 70-80 and was just fine.

Also, run your pct for 4 weeks @ 40/40/20/20. Your cycle is for 7-8 weeks right?

I trained 6 days/week but my main concern was my diet and cardio. You can train for as long and as hard as you want but only when the diet and cardio are solid is where you will really know and see your results.

You will also notice that your stamina and energy DURING training will increase, so when you would normally stop at like 6-10 reps youll end up doing like 12-15......this is when youll notice the gear working......

Im not here to promote and say that I am an expert but these are my experiences. Like I said, my cycle was this past April and May and pct ended 2 weeks ago so this is entirely my personal experience.......
