Need advice with my levels!

Stats:
22 y.o.
218 l.b.s.
12% body fat

I took two cycles of tren acetate, both with very little pct, and ran the tren by itself, it was a bad decision, and I saw the doctor after to check my levels. 8 weeks after stopping my natural test was a 741. I feel like it has been harder for me to gain these days and get stronger, perhaps my natural test is a little low? Someone recommended I do a quick cycle of HCG by itself just for the hell of it and see if I feel any different. Is 741 bad? Its been 7 months since the last cycle of tren I took. I'm going to go back and get my levels checked again. Also, anybody ever injected tren into their chest before? Anyone ever get lumps in the their chest after?

I'm guessing 741 is your total testosterone ... That would be on the high side of "Within normal limits"

No doctor will RX you test with levels like that. I think you just got a little spoiled with how much and fast you gained using AAS compare to natural.

what would happen if I took hcg by itself at this point, say 1000 iu's every 3 days, for maybe 2-3 weeks? help at all?
