NEW and Need HElp.LOS ANGELES area
HI Everybody,
I live in Los Angeles and I was playin football for several years. I am 6.4 but I injured myself and I get lazy after that and stop workin out.Now I am 313 Lbs.I start running and doin more cardio and also workout with weights..I am 27.I wanna burn fat and add more muscle at the same time,may i have your suggestions..Last edited by TONYtheTIGER123; 07-02-2010 at 03:52 AM.

I would carry on increasing the cardio and re-design your diet, if you have only just started back in the gym your months away from starting anything IMHO, get back in and start building some muscle, there is no easy way round it get motivated and put in some hardwork.

I would just stick with the diet and cardio for now. Use clen when ALL else fails.

Persoanlly if you have just started back in the gym and cardio etc I would stick with that only, you can do wonders if you put in some hardwork, your body will adjust itself and burn some fat and in a few months when you hit a brick wall with your gains then you may consider taking something but IMHO i wouldnt use something striaght away.

Perfect than Ill stick my workout and cardio..That is what i do..Every morning run about 6km and afternoon i go to gym.And monday to friday..5days a week everyday I do partial weight lifting.Mondays Chest,Tuesdays Arms,Wednesday BAck,Thursdays LEgs,Friday I choose one part that I didint do well that week..Everyday I do ab workout..And try to lift as much as heavy I can..Somebody here told i should do more reps with lower weight ,but I didint like that..Do you have any suggestions on that.ANd my diet is I keep more protein and lower the carbs.Chicken breast n salmon n tuna mostly what i eat.
