    Question NEW STACK need opinions.

    My body
    Wieght: 175
    Hight: 5'8"
    BodyFat: 8%


    I am about to start my fifth stack and i was going to take

    Test 300 - 600mg a week for 10 weeks
    Deca 300- 600mg a week for 5 weeks
    Tren E 100- 200mg a week for last five weeks
    I was going to throw in a month of D-Ball 10mg each and a month of Anadrol 50s for a month.


    please let me know what u think or any suggestions on what I should Change I am trying to gain strength and size

    What is your age?

    What were your previous cycles and what were your gains from them (before cycle stats/post cycle stats)?

    deca needs to be run for at least 10 weeks, 12-14 would be better. 5 weeks of deca is pointless.
    5 weeks of long estered tren is pointless.
    10mg/day dbol is pointless, and I wouldn't run orals for 2 months.

    well i am 25 i ahve only ran test and eq and anadrol three cycles and after the three i ahve went up 130 ibs in bench and ahve gained 25lbs

    So what do u recommend for this cycle

    You have run 4 cycles and gained a total of 25lbs from all of them? Ok, what does your diet look like?

    Well thats the thing i was eating shitty no protien or anything

    but i ahve been reading up on it so i have bought some intek protien a post work out and trying to eat lots of carbs during heavy lefting days

    Sounds like there are more issues other than Protein shakes and adding more carbs on lifting days. Can you show us in detail what your diet looks like for a day?

    I start my day by eating a big bowl a cereal and a protien shake then for lunch i eat 3 tuna or ppj sandwiches then gym and protien after then for dinner i eat different shit everynight try to eat alot of chicken or some kind of meat

    Alright thank u guys I am new to all this i always have been told to just work out i didnt realize that a correct diet was so important thank u Ill defently give try and get it right

    One month is only a scratch on the surface. It will take a couple months minimum to start to really see/feel the benifits.

    Without proper diet it does not matter why type of stack or cycle you do, you will loose most if not all the gains you make but with a good diet you can make the same gains without the cycle.

    When you are closer to your natural potential and diet is on track you will make a lot better gains on cycle.
