letro off cycle .25 ed or oed 6 weeks?

Hi I took a cycle last year of test at 300mg for 14 weeks. That was my last one. I've used numerous times before. I recently bought some letro and nolva to take to help fix my lumps. I tried bino's 'reverse gyno' strategy, but going up to a dose of 2.5mg made me depressed and killed my sex drive. My question is since I stopped cold turkey after taking 2.5 for a few weeks, my nipples are looking worse.

Can I try taking letro and nolva say like this.
.25 or .5 ed or eod - 6 weeks I woudln't go over that dose
Then
.20mg nolva for a couple weeks to prevent any further rebound effect of estrogen
